I have troubles with the app

Open Left ☰ menu → Support → Report a bug.

Briefly describe your problem using keywords.

Tap the SEND REPORT button.

The application will generate some files (crash_report is the most important).

Choose your email client from the menu, that appears automatically.

In the email body you can describe your problem in detail. Ideally a description of what exactly is happening and short steps to reproduce it.

Send the log. The recipient is already filled in.
